- The promoter of this giveaway is Car & Classic Ltd, International House, 36-38 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3NG.
- This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, France, and Italy aged 18 and over at the time of entering the giveaway. Employees of Car & Classic Ltd or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants can submit one entry.
- Giveaway ends on the 21st of December 2023. Entries received after the end date will not be counted.
- One winner in each country (the United Kingdom, France, and Italy) will be selected at random and notified within 48 hours, by email (using details provided at entry) or via direct message/private message on Facebook.
- The winner will be offered a personal illustration of their car as a prize.
- The personal illustration will be completed by Terry Putman (https://www.illustratormaker.co.uk/home) within three weeks of receiving the response.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and Car & Classic Ltd will be entitled to select another winner. The decision of Car & Classic Ltd regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Car & Classic Ltd to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Participation in the giveaway constitutes agreement to subscribe to our newsletter.
