What are the terms and conditions for our Refer a Friend program?

• Referrals can be made by any past or present Car & Classic user that is resident in the UK; trade account holders are not eligible. You do not need to sell or buy a vehicle from Car & Classic to qualify for this offer.
• If your friend has previously sold with Car & Classic, then they are not eligible.
• You can refer as many friends as you want. Only one reward will be issued for the referrer and one for the referred friend per vehicle transaction.
• You can only claim this offer, if your referred friend completes the 'Refer A Friend' form, providing us with their full name and contact details, plus your full name. Only the person named as the referrer in the 'Refer A Friend' form can receive payment.
• We will contact the person named as the referrer in the 'Refer A Friend' form, to request their bank details. Details of how we may process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy. Referrers will have 30 days to respond to our request for information.
• Each 'Refer A Friend' form which includes your name, entitles you to one £50 payment. If the referred friend has submitted multiple referrers, the earliest referral takes precedence.
• You will require a bank account to be eligible for this offer; we do not make payment in cash.
• The £50 payment will be paid directly into your bank account, once your referred friend's vehicle listing goes live on Car & Classic's website, and they are considered to have legally instructed Car & Classic to sell.
• Your friend can also reduce their sales commission fee by £50. Their commission discount will be applied, when Car & Classic receives payment for their successfully completed transaction.
• Referral scheme ends 29th February 2024.
• Car & Classic reserves the right to change, extend, or withdraw the offer at any time without communication.
