How do you ensure bidders are serious?

We hate tyre clickers (see what we did there?) as much as you do, which is why all of our bidders on Car & Classic are required to register with us and provide card details which are verified through our payment processing company, Stripe. A pre-authorisation is held on a bidder’s payment card to make sure we only get serious, legitimate bidders, providing a safe and trusted platform from which to transact.

We also have a dedicated anti-fraud team in place to help stamp out any scammers, allowing you to sell with confidence.

Not only that but we use a fully secure escrow payment service that protects buyers and sellers alike when exchanging money so peace of mind is guaranteed.
