# How do I take photos to add to my Advert?

The first bite is very much with the eye and it's a simple fact that listings with decent photos perform better. Taking top-quality photos helps your listing stand out and gives buyers everything they need to know to submit a strong offer and buy online.

When creating your own advert, you can add up to 100 photos to give buyers an honest view of your vehicle so include shots of everything, including any service history and relevant documentation.

Please do remember to redact or hide any personal information before uploading though. Safety first!

You can find our handy photography guide [here](https://help.carandclassic.com/hubfs/Marketing/C%26C_June_2024_PDF%20-%20Photo%20guide%20(LR).pdf?hsLang=en) that will tell you all you need to know about making your photos pop and potentially increasing sales potential, so channel your inner David Bailey!
