We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received the funds, in that email there are instructions and a link to “confirm vehicle handover”. Both the buyer and the seller will be asked to confirm the vehicle handover has taken place and then the funds will be released from our secure account and sent to the seller.
Transfers are only made on weekdays and the funds should clear within 1 business day for GPB bank accounts and 3-5 business days for EUR accounts. If the vehicle handover takes place on a weekend, the payment will be set up but won’t clear until the next business day.
