# Je ne peux pas ajouter ma carte bancaire, que dois-je faire ?
La première chose à faire est de vous assurer que votre carte est bien autorisée à être ajoutée aux places de marché en ligne. Certaines banques ont des restrictions strictes à ce sujet et vous obligent à l'autoriser par téléphone. Vérifiez également votre application de banque en ligne pour vous assurer qu'il n'y a pas d'autorisations en attente qui vous empêchent d'ajouter une carte.
